Well, not really. But I did use Create a Cupcake and the Cupcake Builder punch to make this adorable card.
First I stamped a couple of cupcake cups/wrappers (just what are they called?). I punched them out, turned them upside down and turned them into little purses. The handles are made with the 1/2" and 3/4" circle punches and the purse flaps; the 3/4" circle punch. Super easy with such great results.
The double bow is made with our versatile seam binding held together with an antique brad.
Would you and your friends like to learn how to make this card? I'd love to show you with an in home workshop. Thanks for stopping by!

Cupcake anyone?
As soon as I saw this set, I just knew I had to have it. With cupcakes being a popular way to celebrate just about anything, this stamp set provides you with a way to do that calorie free.
Today's card measures 6-1/2" x 3-1/4" and is made using the Create a Cupcake stamp set and the Cupcake Builder punch. The stamp set allows you to create a cupcake with different colors (flavors), add sprinkles and other embellishments such as a candle, flower, cherry or a ribbon to go around it. The punch has several different images all in one including that cute little cherry.
What about the ribbon treatment? I CASE'd it from my friend Diane. (thanks, Diane...it's one of my favorite ways to use ribbon).
Hope this card inspires you to create something to celebrate someone special today.

Shout out to all who share their creativity
In the world of Stampin' Up! CASE means to "copy and share everything". And so many crafters are eager to do just that. I don't know about you but I need a little inspiration to get started.
During a recent visit with my mom, we attended a paper crafting class hosted by my friend and customer, Debbie. She shared with us how to make the cutest mini bags and purses that are perfect to use for giving a gift card or (my personal favorite) chocolates. One of the projects that we made was a Box in a Bag Purse. I used what she shared to come up with this cute little beach tote. I can just smell the sunscreen every time I look at it.
All supplies are Stampin' Up!:
Stamps: Fabulous Florets, Oval All
Paper: Crumb Cake, Calypso Coral, Lucky Limeade
Ink: Early Expresso, Lucky Limeade, Calypso Coral
Accessories: Square Lattice embossing folder, Large Oval and Scallop Oval punches, paper snips, sticky strip, Big Shot, white gel pen, Baja Breeze ribbon (retired)

Springtime Vintage Scrap Bag
Sorry that I've been away. My blog has been so neglected. I've been back in my craft room lately and thought it was time that I shared some of my creations with you. Crafting brings balance in my life and it's so good to find that again.
Today's post features a scrap bag made with the Springtime Vintage fabric sold exclusively through Stampin' Up! The scrap bag has pockets for scissors, my bone folder, etc. All those little things you like right next to you while you are working. The bag is removable (just lift from the button) for easy emptying. And the pin cushion is filled with ground walnut shells. They add just enough weight to hold it in place and the shells are good for your needles and pins.
What a versatile item to have. It's easy to carry to a workshop or crop or just down the hall to your favorite living room chair.
Interested in making one? Let me know, I'd love to show you how.
